Common questions
Why can't I generate a decision report yet?Decision reports unlock as an Early Decision after 3 blind reviews and strengthen into a Confirmed Decision at 5. Keep reviewing others' work to move the queue along.
I hit my monthly limit. Free plans include a set number of scores and decisions per month. Your limits reset at the start of each month. You can also earn Pulse Credits by reviewing other artists; the planned one-time review pack is described on the pricing page.
How do I delete my data?You can delete individual projects in the app. For full account deletion, send us a request and we'll take care of it.
