Common questions
Why can't I generate a decision report yet?Decision reports need a minimum number of blind peer reviews on your track. Keep reviewing others' work to move the queue along.
I hit my monthly limit. Free plans include a set number of scores and decisions per month. Your limits reset at the start of each month, or you can upgrade on the pricing page.
How do I delete my data?You can delete individual projects in the app. For full account deletion, send us a request and we'll take care of it.
